By purchasing research compounds from Vincere Labs, I, the purchaser, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vincere Labs, together with its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, “Vincere Labs”), against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or connected to my purchase, possession, or use of these compounds.
I understand that Vincere Labs supplies these compounds exclusively for research purposes and that they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for human use. I agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and I accept full responsibility for all risks associated with my purchase, possession, and use of the compounds.
By completing my transaction online, whether by selecting “I Agree” or by submitting my order, I release, discharge, and waive any claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, or liabilities that arise from or relate to the purchase, possession, or use of these compounds.
I further agree to indemnify and hold Vincere Labs harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or losses, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, direct or indirect, that result from personal injury, property damage, or related harm in connection with my purchase, possession, or use of these compounds.
This indemnity and release extends to my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
By finalizing this purchase, I confirm that I have read and understood this Indemnity Waiver and that I agree to its terms voluntarily.
